Pool issue

I recently received part of my order and added 32oz of Azure Stain & Scale remover and 4 bags of shock from my order. I was unable test it at home since my chemical testing kit has not arrived yet, so I brought a sample to Leslies pool to test. I was told I have extrmely high Chlorine. My CYA was Very high.  I never was told this from previous openings. Do you think it is a result of the above chemicals?If not please let me know what you recommend. I ltook about 2' of water out and added new water to dilute it so far. Enclosed are the other chemical ranges.

Frr Chlorine was 15 - Ideal 1-4ppm
