I think when I experience contractions I instinctively breath through my nose a little bit, so I think I should wear a nose plug but idk how they would look, I don’t think I’ve ever wore one before, so can yall let me know if they look odd?
Also, is it normal to sometimes (accidentally) breathe during contractions?
