Okay, so here my problem: I've never enjoyed swimming, mainly due to my inability to find a comfortable neck position. Whenever I swim, I feel like it's way harder to breathe (as opposed to other forms of exercise, like running). If it's important, I mainly breaststroke and my lung capacities are normal.
Since I'd love to compete in a triathlon one day, I am looking for a way to make swimming more enjoyable.
Is the difficulty to breathe a lack of proper technique? Is there any swimming style that's more comfortable for my neck?
Or is swimming "just not for me"?
