Hi. I’m not a great swimmer and started to learn how to swim 1,5 year ago (before I had no swimming experience). I want to get a certification in open water scuba diving and there is a 200m swimming test involved. I can swim 50m without running out of my breath right now and everything which is over 50m sounds like mission improssible. Do you have any tips how to improve my endurance and actually learn how to swim 200m and more without any issues? My work schedule is really intense and I can’t train everyday, closest pool is 45min away. I go to gym regulary and do weights, but barely do any cardio (I just hate it, only one type I love is swimming). I go to the pool once a week and have a group swimming lessons for 1hr with a swimming instructor.
