I currently go a 22.19 scy in the 50 free with only about 3 years of training under my belt, I have almost no weight lifting background and I'm about 140 pounds(63kg) and 5'6 (168cm) and do around 5k yards a day, and sleep for only like 5 hours a night (lol don't question it), my kick is also atrocious I can barely go a sub 40 in a 50 kick, would it be reasonable to go a 20. something in the 50 free by November if I fix my sleep, put on some muscle, and do more sprint oriented workouts?
