I am looking to replace only the motor of Whisper Flo WF-4 model (sn 1-19-L03), 1 HP, 1.65 SF. Motor is grinding a bit and cuts out at points. Motor was replaced by prior owner 7 years ago (picture below)
It looks like they replaced with a motor that is too small for the Pump. Can I replace with a VS or DS motor or do I need to replace the entire pump?
