I've been swimming for a year now, and I've been off training for a semester because of my courses (it's very hard) and I have part time jobs and also currently join an university organisation. I'm planning to get back on track starting this summer. There's some improvement in my swimming endurance (because I also train my endurance in the gym) but seems like it is still not enough. I barely survived in the first 200m. Every 50m, i need to rest for 3 minutes tops and my form just broke down when I reach my 400m. re there any in water exercises and dryland exercises to improve my endurance?
