I currently go around a 30 (like 30.01) as of about a month and a half ago. But since the summer season started, I’ve dropped about a second and a half—so I’m probably hitting around a 28.5 now.
To keep it realistic, I’ll say I go a 29. But the drop was without using blocks, so maybe I really do go a 28…
I started club swimming pretty late (this past season was my first), but I’ve been doing summer league since like 2017 or 2018.
I’m just tryna catch up and get really fast. I haven’t recorded my swim lately but a while ago I posted my 100 and I’ll try to post my 50 next Saturday when I have my next meet so look out you guys for me!
(These races I’m prolly gonna go 33 ish 31 ish cause it’s scm without any diving blocks sooo yeah)
From what I can tell you I think I need help on my breath (I usually breathe 4 times the whole 50)and arm strength
