I'm struggling big time. Being ex-Military, I have a muscular build and have a bulky lower body with low fat.
Whenever I try to float horizontally, I end up at a 40 degree tilt with my legs sinking fast. I tried:
- keeping my head down
- engaging my core
- engaging my glutes and hamstrings
- pushing my chest and shoulders down. Weirdly enough, this had the opposite effect.
No matter what I do, I can't seem to get my hips up. Has anyone had any success? Any pointers for me?
