Hey guys i’m a 17 year old male and as off like an hour I just swam a 33.64 50M breast and I have like a huge issue, my pull. Its like i’m genuinely pulling nothing and my strokes are just so fast but inefficient. But in practice i’m the complete opposite always going slower than I should be. do you guys have any warm up tips or just anything to work on my breast pull because I really feel like I could easily go sub 33 if it wasn’t this bad
