Swimming Competitively in College

Hello. Recently I’ve been wondering whether I should stop swimming in college. I’ve been consistently training 14 hours a week for basically all of my high school career and have been able to rack up some decent results. I’ve gotten some offers from some D2/D3/NAIA schools nothing too crazy like like Purdue or even MIT. However, I’m not sure whether I’ve got what it takes to become a world-class athlete and am wondering whether I should just move on with my life. I am still improving my times but am not sure whether I’m progressing too slow compared to others in my graduation year. In essence, I want to become a competitive swimmer but am not sure whether I should just pack it up and move on.
